Having spent over 10 years in the recruitment industry, I have accumulated diverse experiences. Despite the glamorous facade, recruitment is a gritty job requiring patience to carefully listen to and organize the information and needs of our clients and candidates. Achieving better matches often requires significant time, and there are no definitive answers or shortcuts to success.

Each job seeker and each member of a company is a unique “individual,” differing in gender, age, personality, and background, with evolving emotions. This complexity makes our work challenging yet enjoyable.

I feel fulfilled when a job seeker whose life I’ve touched thrives in their new role, and when companies express satisfaction with finding “good talent,” it reaffirms my dedication from the bottom of my heart.

Post-university: Started in sales at a Japanese venture, then joined a UK based top tier recruitment firm in 2014. Supported transitions across various industries (including unicorn companies) from specialists to executive levels, achieving top monthly and annual sales, ranking 8th in Asia, and securing the top position in supply chain procurement.

2019: Joined a top tier Japanese staffing company within the Recruit Group. Managed a team of 30 while hands-on in recruitment, and focused on management, leading the team to top sales in 2019 and 2020.

2021: Co-founded a company specializing in end-to-end recruitment services, serving as COO, leading overall company management, launching overseas branches, and achieving annual sales growth of 200% year-over-year, expanding the organization to nearly 20 employees worldwide.

April 2024: Founded BridgeGate Staffing Japan.
