As a sales player, you can step up from “Consultant” to “Senior Consultant,” with base salary increases each time. There is no limit to the number of salary increases. If you hit the target, you can get a salary increase twice a year.

Recruitment Consultant

Job Description
Our company primarily handles exclusive and confidential positions ranging from specialist to executive levels. We specialize in SCM, real estate, and manufacturing (manufacturers) and are seeking colleagues to become No.1 in the industry.

You will be responsible for recruitment consulting for companies and career consulting for candidate.

Recruitment Consulting for Companies:
・Developing new clients (approaching via phone, business-focused social networking sites, etc.)
・Regular contact with existing clients (handling approximately 20-30 companies)
・Business negotiations (detailed hearing about business challenges and required personnel)
・Concluding personnel introduction contracts
・Creating job postings (utilized for scouting and job posting media)

Career Consulting for candidates:
・Scouting job seekers (utilizing job posting media, etc.)
・Preparing for interviews (schedule adjustments, hypothesis formulation based on experience, etc.)
・Interviewing and guiding about job opportunities
・Recommending candidates to companies (creating resumes, career histories, recommendation letters, etc.)
・Following up on the selection process (schedule adjustments, interview preparation, sharing selection results, etc.)
・Follow-up after job offers and during onboarding (supporting the onboarding process, retention support, etc.)
Requirements:
Sales experience in any field, whether tangible or intangible
Location:
Head Office in Minato-ku, Tokyo
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary:
Monthly Base Salary: 255,000 JPY and above + Quarterly Commissions (based on sales performance)+Fiscal Year-End Bonus (may not be provided depending on performance)
