BridgeGate Staffing Japan Inc. is pleased to announce that, as of June 15, 2026, we have joined the Yokius Co., Ltd. group (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshitaka Norota).
In conjunction with this, our CEO, Taisei Ono, has been appointed as an executive board member of Yokius Co., Ltd. He will continue to serve as CEO and Representative Director of BridgeGate Staffing Japan Inc., driving further growth and development of our business.
Through this partnership, while maintaining and enhancing our strengths in executive search services focused on foreign-based companies and bilingual talent, we will combine our expertise with Yokius’s strong business foundation and extensive track record—primarily with Japan-based companies. By complementing each other’s strengths, we aim to establish a framework that can address a broader range of hiring needs.

Since its establishment, our company has continued to grow through specialized recruitment services for foreign-based companies and bilingual professionals. Throughout this journey, we have consistently asked ourselves: “How can we achieve our envisioned future in the shortest possible time?”

After engaging in accounting, tax, and audit operations at Shin Nihonkai Ferry Co., Ltd., he joined Property Agent Inc. in 2007. He was appointed Board Member in 2010 and Executive Boards Member Managing in 2011, where he led overall management and the company’s IPO project.
In 2018, he founded Yokius Co., Ltd. and is currently involved in the management and recruitment support of multiple companies, with a focus on the human resources business.
